\u57fa\u7763\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u76f8\u8abf\u592a\u5bf6\u8c9d\u4e86\uff0c\u8cb7\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u83f2\u5f8b\u8cd3\u540d\u7522\u56de\u570b\uff0c\u4e3b\u611f\u52d5\u6211\u8981\u5bc4\u7d66\u90a3\u4f4d\u6df1\u611b\u6211\u7684\u5c4f\u6771\u5e2b\u6bcd\uff0c\u8ddf\u5979\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u6240\u898b\u6240\u805e\u50b3\u8a00\u7d66\u5979\uff0c\u5979\u975e\u5e38\u611f\u52d5\u4e14\u559c\u6a02\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u8a2a\u554f\u66f4\u52a0\u5f37\u6211\u53c3\u8a13\u7684\u6c7a\u5fc3\u548c\u6e34\u6155\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9019\u7576\u5152\uff0c\u9069\u9022\u8208\u5efa\u4fe1\u57fa\u5927\u6a13\u7684\u8ca1\u7269\u5949\u737b\u547c\u53ec\uff0c\u4e3b\u611f\u52d5\u6211\uff0c\u8981\u5c07\u6253\u5de5\u7684\u5b58\u6b3e\u5168\u5949\u737b\u51fa\u4f86\u4e00\u8d77\u8499\u6069\u3002\u4e3b\u5c31\u4ee5\u8def\u52a0\u798f\u97f3\u516d\u7ae038\u7bc0\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u300c<\/span>\u4f60\u5011\u8981\u7d66\u4eba\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u6709\u7d66\u4f60\u5011\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u5341\u8db3\u7684\u91cf\u5668\uff0c\u9023\u6416\u5e36\u6309\uff0c\u4e0a\u5c16\u4e0b\u6d41\u7684\u5012\u5728\u4f60\u5011\u61f7\u88cf\uff1b\u56e0\u70ba\u4f60\u5011\u7528\u751a\u9ebc\u91cf\u5668\u91cf\u7d66\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u5fc5\u7528\u751a\u9ebc\u91cf\u5668\u91cf\u7d66\u4f60\u5011\u3002<\/span>\u300d\u589e\u5f37\u6211\u5fc3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

1995\u5e74\u6691\u5047\uff0c\u53ec\u6703\u8981\u5e36\u5927\u5c08\u8056\u5f92\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u53c3\u52a0\uff62\u7bb4\u8a00\uff0e\u50b3\u9053\u66f8\u3001\u96c5\u6b4c\u751f\u547d\u8b80\u7d93\uff63\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u6211\u5411\u4e3b\u6c42\uff0c\u6211\u6e34\u6155\u5728\u674e\u5e38\u53d7\u5f1f\u5144\u9762\u524d\u63a5\u53d7\u8077\u4e8b\u7684\u6559\u5c0e\uff0c\u6c42\u4e3b\u70ba\u6211\u9810\u5099\u65c5\u8cbb\u3002\u5947\u5999\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5c4f\u6771\u5e2b\u6bcd\u8ddf\u6211\u4ea4\u901a\u5979\u6709\u8ca0\u64d4\u652f\u6301\u6211\u53bb\u7f8e\u570b\u53c3\u52a0\u590f\u5b63\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u5e2b\u6bcd\u5949\u737b\u7d66\u6211\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u5949\u737b\u7d66\u4e3b\u7684\u4e8c\u500d\uff0c\u771f\u7d93\u6b77\u4e86\u8def\u52a0\u798f\u97f3\u516d\u7ae038\u7bc0\u7684\u8a71\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7576\u5e74\u590f\u5b63\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u4f5c\u5b8c\uff62\u7bb4\u8a00\uff0e\u50b3\u9053\u66f8\u3001\u96c5\u6b4c\uff63\u751f\u547d\u8b80\u7d93\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6574\u672c\u8056\u7d93\u751f\u547d\u8b80\u7d93\u7684\u5b8c\u7d50\u7bc7\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u8a13\u7df4\u6211\u5f97\u7740\u4e00\u500b\u958b\u555f\uff0c\uff62\u4e00\u500b\u611b\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u61c9\u7576\u662f\u53d7\u7942\u7684\u611b\u4e26\u7942\u7684\u751c\u7f8e\u6240\u5438\u5f15\uff0c\u8ffd\u6c42\u7942\u4ee5\u5f97\u5b8c\u5168\u6eff\u8db3\u3001\u8499\u7942\u547c\u53ec\uff0c\u85c9\u7740\u8207\u7942\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\uff0c\u5f97\u62ef\u6551\u812b\u96e2\u5df1\u3001\u5728\u5347\u5929\u88cf\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5728\u7942\u7684\u5fa9\u6d3b\u88cf\u4f5c\u795e\u7684\u65b0\u9020\u3002\u8499\u7942\u66f4\u53b2\u5bb3\u7684\u547c\u53ec\uff0c\u5728\u7d93\u6b77\u7942\u7684\u5fa9\u6d3b\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u85c9\u7740\u7942\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\uff0c\u5728\u5e54\u5167\u904e\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4eba\u3002\uff63<\/span><\/p>\n

\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u4eab\u53d7\u7f8e\u570b\u53ec\u6703\u8056\u5f92\u71b1\u60c5\u7684\u63a5\u5f85\u548c\u8c50\u76db\u7684\u611b\u7b75\uff0c\u5370\u8c61\u6700\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u662f\u5433\u6709\u6210\u5f1f\u5144\u6eab\u6696\u53c8\u98a8\u8da3\u7684\u670d\u4e8b\u4ea4\u901a\u53ca\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u65e9\u9910\u5f8c\uff0c\u6bcf\u4eba\u9084\u53ef\u5916\u5e36\u4e00\u888b\u8d85\u597d\u55ab\u7684\u7f8e\u570b\u6afb\u6843\u53bb\u5b89\u90a3\u7ff0\u6703\u6240\u4e0a\u8ab2\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u88cf\u5916\u90fd\u5927\u5f97\u98fd\u8db3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6700\u4ee4\u4eba\u8b9a\u5606\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u6703\u5834\u8207\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u7403\u591a\u570b\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u819a\u8272\uff0c\u8b1b\u4e0d\u540c\u8a9e\u8a00\u7684\u8056\u5f92\uff0c\u9748\u88cf\u537b\u76f8\u901a\u5730\u540c\u4eab\u8077\u4e8b\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u3002\u770b\u898b\u57fa\u7763\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u69ae\u7f8e\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u518d\u6b21\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u66f4\u65b0\u5730\u5949\u737b\u7d66\u4e3b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5927\u5b78\u751f\u7562\u696d\uff0c\u53c3\u52a0\u5168\u6642\u9593\u8a13\u7df4\u662f\u7576\u6642\u81fa\u4e2d\u5e02\u53ec\u6703\u5f1f\u5144\u59ca\u59b9\u4e4b\u5bb6\u7684\u5bb6\u98a8\uff1b\u6211\u56e0\u672a\u5f97\u6551\u7684\u5bb6\u4eba\u53cd\u5c0d\uff0c\u672a\u80fd\u5982\u9858\u3002\u4f46\u4e3b\u7528\u99ac\u592a\u798f\u97f3\u5341\u7ae037\u7bc0\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u300c<\/span>\u611b\u7236\u6bcd\u904e\u65bc\u611b\u6211\u7684\uff0c\u914d\u4e0d\u904e\u6211\uff1b\u611b\u5152\u5973\u904e\u65bc\u611b\u6211\u7684\uff0c\u914d\u4e0d\u904e\u6211\u3002<\/span>\u300d\u652a\u6493\u6211\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u500b\u4eba\u79b1\u544a\u4e2d\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u89ba\u5f97\u5f88\u624e\u5fc3\u3002\u8981\u7576\u62ff\u7d30\u8033\u4eba\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u52dd\u904e\u5929\u7136\u7684\u60c5\u611f\uff1b\u611f\u8b1d\u4e3b\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5728\u98a8\u66b4\u4e2d\u6df1\u523b\u7d93\u6b77\u7236\u89aa\u5c0d\u6211\u7684\u611b\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u3002\u85c9\u7740\u5730\u4e0a\u7684\u7236\u611b\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u66f4\u7406\u89e3\u5929\u4e0a\u7236\u795e\u7684\u611b\uff0c\u81f3\u7d42\uff0c\u662f\u7942\u958b\u8def\u6210\u5c31\u4e86\u6211\u57281996\u5e74\u53c3\u52a0\u81fa\u7063\u798f\u97f3\u5de5\u4f5c\u7b2c8\u671f\u5168\u6642\u9593\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u5fc3\u9858\u3002\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u662f\u795e\u6975\u6df1\u7684\u6190\u61ab\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u6700\u5bf6\u8c9d\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u540c\u4e00\u7fa4\u6e05\u5fc3\u547c\u6c42\u4e3b\uff0c\u5411\u4e3b\u81ea\u9858\u5949\u737b\u7684\u62ff\u7d30\u8033\u4eba\uff0c\u4e00\u540c\u5728\u8077\u4e8b\u3001\u771f\u7406\u3001\u751f\u547d\u3001\u4e8b\u5949\u3001\u5fc3\u5fd7\u3001\u6027\u683c\u3001\u8a9e\u8a00\u548c\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u7b49\u516b\u65b9\u9762\u53d7\u4e3b\u6210\u5168\u3002\u5370\u8c61\u6700\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u5b78\u7fd2\u914d\u642d\uff0c\u6b77\u7d93\u751f\u547d\u7684\u529f\u8ab2\u3002\u5927\u672c\u8a69\u6b4c464\u9996\uff0c\u300c<\/span>\u6211\u82e5\u8a8d\u8b58\u5fa9\u6d3b\u5927\u80fd\uff0c\u5fc5\u611b\u5341\u67b6\u7684\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u60df\u6b7b\u80fd\u4f7f\u751f\u547d\u9577\u6210\uff0c\u82e5\u4e0d\u6b7b\u4e86\u5c31\u4e0d\u751f<\/span>\u300d\uff0c\u64cd\u7df4\u5411\u5df1\u6b7b\uff0c\u5411\u795e\u6d3b\u662f\u5f97\u52dd\u7684\u7955\u8a23\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8499\u6069\u5728\u65bc\u5411\u795e\u8b19\u5351\uff0c\u5718\u9ad4\u7684\u8499\u6069\u5728\u65bc\u540c\u5fc3\u5408\u610f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7576\u6642\u8a13\u7df4\u5b89\u6392\u6211\u4e00\u540c\u914d\u642d\uff0c\u958b\u5c55\u81fa\u5317\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\uff08\u73fe\u70ba\u81fa\u5317\u91ab\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\uff09\u3002\u958b\u5c55\u524d\u7e3d\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u914d\u642d\u7684\u5fc3\u60c5\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u8981\u8ddf\u81ea\u5df1\u5929\u7136\u500b\u6027\u4e0d\u5408\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u958b\u5c55\u662f\u4f55\u7b49\u4e0d\u6613\u4e4b\u4e8b\u3002\u56e0\u8a13\u7df4\u4e2d\u6709\u5f37\u7684\u8a71\u8a9e\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u548c\u751f\u547d\u79b1\u544a\u64cd\u7df4\uff0c\u4e0d\u6015\u88ab\u5f97\u7f6a\u6216\u5f97\u7f6a\u4eba\uff1b\u4e3b\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u653e\u6211\u5011\u904e\u53bb\uff0c\u5f88\u5feb\u5c31\u6703\u5f7c\u6b64\u8a8d\u7f6a\uff0c\u7d93\u6b77\u4e86\u4e3b\u4f5c\u6211\u5011\u4e2d\u9593\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u806f\u7d22\u3002\u4e5f\u6df1\u77e5\u6c92\u6709\u540c\u5fc3\u5408\u610f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u79b1\u544a\u4e0d\u5920\uff0c\u7686\u7121\u6cd5\u5e36\u9032\u958b\u5c55\u7684\u679c\u6548\u548c\u5c6c\u9748\u7684\u795d\u798f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5f88\u5bf6\u8c9d\u7576\u6642\u4e3b\u9810\u5099\u4e86\u8d99\u9023\u73cd\u5f1f\u5144\u4f5c\u70ba\u699c\u6a23\uff0c\u5728\u751f\u547d\u548c\u6027\u683c\u4e0a\u6210\u5168\u6211\u5011\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u751a\u9ebc\u904e\u4e0d\u53bb\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u8ddf\u4ed6\u4ea4\u901a\uff0c\u4ed6\u90fd\u6703\u53cd\u554f\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u300c\u4f60\u6709\u56b4\u683c\u5730\u7167\u7740\u8abf\u548c\u7684\u9748\u751f\u6d3b\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u884c\u4e8b\u70ba\u4eba\u55ce\uff1f\u300d\u4ed6\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u81ea\u6211\u8981\u6c42\u56b4\u683c\u5730\uff0c\u7167\u7740\u8abf\u548c\u7684\u9748\u751f\u6d3b\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u884c\u4e8b\u70ba\u4eba\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u807d\u5230\u4ed6\u9019\u53e5\u8a71\uff0c\u90fd\u6703\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u52d5\u56de\u5230\u9748\u88cf\uff0c\u6e34\u6155\u5230\u4e3b\u9762\u524d\u8499\u5149\u7167\u3001\u53d7\u4e3b\u5c0d\u4ed8\u4e26\u8a8d\u7f6a\u6094\u6539\uff0c\u7d93\u6b77\u57fa\u7763\u548c\u7942\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u662f\u4e00\u5207\u554f\u984c\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u6700\u68d2\u7684\u662f\u79fb\u5730\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u8a13\u7df4\u4e8c\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u548cFTTA\u5b78\u54e1\u540c\u4f4f\u6069\u5178\u5712\uff0c\u89aa\u81ea\u5728\u674e\u5f1f\u5144\u9762\u524d\u53d7\u6559\uff0c\u5c0d\u65b0\u7d04\u7684\u8077\u4e8b\u6709\u66f4\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\uff0c\u8207\u4e0d\u540c\u80cc\u666f\u8207\u6587\u5316\u7684\u8056\u5f92\uff0c\u4ea4\u901a\u76f8\u8abf\u5efa\u9020\uff0c\u7d93\u6b77\u5f88\u591a\u7684\u5c0d\u4ed8\u548c\u6210\u5168\uff0c\u611f\u8b1d\u4e3b\u7d66\u6211\u5982\u6b64\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
